Cheese Making and Wine Making Master Classes in Melbourne

Master Classes announced to date by the following Cheese Exhibitors:

Giorgio Linguanti (That’s Amore Cheese) the ‘Maestro of Mozzarella’, will perform a live demonstration of mozzarella making. Thanks to his talent and his skills, Australia’s best maker of Italian cheese, will rapt you with making round balls of mozzarella and serve them warm. It won’t be a demonstration class, it will be an experience.   

Melbourne and Cheese in collaboration with Matthieu Megard from L’Artisan Cheese will present a masterclass on “Traditional French Recipes, Australian Made ” theme. As well as introducing Mathieu’s range and sharing the inspiration behind the cheeses, he will do a demonstration of the early stages of cheese making for some of their soft cheeses.

VIP Masterclass – ‘Taste 100 year old wines’

In 2019 we are introducing a VIP Masterclass presented in the VIP zone on a topic ‘100 years old wines’. Masterclass available only  to VIP tickets holders (strictly limited places). The attendees will enjoy a presentation by the wine maker Matthew Barry from the 5 star Mount Avoca winery. All attendees will have a chance to taste the presented old wines from Mount Avoca’. The combined age of the presented wines at the Masterclass is 100 years. A very rare opportunity to taste such unique selection of wine!
