Mount Avoca’s wine maker Matthew Barry will present a master class on their organic wines.
Giorgio Linguanti (That’s Amore Cheese) the ‘Maestro of Mozzarella’, will perform a live demonstration of mozzarella making. Thanks to his talent and his skills, Australia’s best maker of Italian cheese, will rapt you with making round balls of mozzarella and serve them warm. It won’t be a demonstration class, it will be an experience.
Kirrily Waldhorn, aka Beer Diva, will introduce guests to a little known and eclectic range of what are arguably the ‘champagnes’ of the beer world! Wild, sour & fruit beer styles, each with their own history and unique flavour characteristics will be paired to a selection of farmhouse, artisan cheeses. Contrary to popular belief, beer is an incredible cheese accompaniment as there are many similarities between the science of both. This is a fantastic experience for those who want to be inspired by an entirely new sensory discovery. Grain or grape with cheese? You decide!
